How to Wash Your Face when You Have a Sensitive Skin | Smooth Beauty Skin

  1. Choose the right cleanser.

    • Skin types are not all the same. You might see ads about a really good cleanser or facial/skin product but when you try it it doesn’t work on you. That doesn’t mean it’s not good, but it’s just not the right one for you. Sometimes, cheap ones will work better on you depending on your skin type. So be careful what you choose.
    • Know what type of skin problems you have and choose one that will solve them. For example, if you have an acne-prone skin, use a one that is specified to get rid of your acne, but be careful of its other effects. And use one that will keep the oil produced by your face balanced. If you have an oily face, use a drying cleanser. If you have a dry one, use the opposite.
  2. Know when to use it. Generally, you’ll want to use your cleanser twice a day. One when you wake up, and the other before you go to bed.
  3. Try to keep your face clean.

    • Avoid touching your face as much as possible.
    • Make sure your pillow is clean. Wash/change it regularly.
    • Make sure none uses your towel. Always use a clean one.
